Attorney-at-Law Florian Schneider is an expert in inheritance law, private international law, company law, trust law and foundation law. Since many years, he focused his practice on the holistic advice for corporate clients and on private clients, in particular with regards to their estate planning and wealth planning. He further acts as executor of a will and deals with contract law, acquisition of real estate, relocation and tax issues. Florian Schneider represents both national and international corporate and private clients. His professional background includes several years’ work experience abroad, activity as an attorney for a major law firm in Zurich, self-employed work experience as well as the management of his own company. Thus, his advice is not only a profound legal one but also accompanied by an entrepreneurial way of thinking.
Andrea Schmoker is specialized in employment and family law. She regularly advises and represents clients in both fields and constantly educates herself to ensure the best services to her clients. Additionally, Andrea Schmoker provides advice to both Swiss and international private clients as well as to companies regarding contract and corporate law. Andrea Schmoker advises in contentious as well as non-contentious matters and represents her clients before court and authorities. Before joining Kanzlei im Turm AG Andrea Schmoker worked several years as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich as well as at the High Court of Zurich and as an associate in one of the three leading commercial law firms of Switzerland.
Since more than five years Evelyn Roduner has been working as a lawyer, first in Zurich then in Winterthur. She specializes in Swiss and international family law, child protection and inheritance law. In addition, she has experience in employment law, tenancy law and general contract law. She provides advice and legal opinions to Swiss and foreign private individuals, families and companies. She represents her clients in negotiations, she pleads cases in court or in Administration for Children & Families (KESB) and regularly participates in advanced training to ensure best services to her clients. Further, Evelyn Roduner is a member of the two professional groups ‘family law’ and ‘employment law’. Finally she has multi-year experience at Swiss courts, initially at the Zurich District court and later at the Supreme Court of the Canton Zurich.
Urs Hofer specializes in general corporate, financial services regulations and insolvency handling. His regulatory experience includes all aspects of Swiss fund regulation and public banking law, anti-money laundering regulations, insider trading and market manipulation rules (including FINMA and SIX applications and proceedings in these contexts), as well as strategic advice to Swiss financial service providers and FinTech institutions in relation to upcoming new regulation (such as the Federal Financial Services Act, the Federal Financial Institutions Act, easing of Swiss regulatory framework for FinTech institutions). In addition, Urs Hofer lectures regularly on regulatory topics in external training modules (i.e. by VisionCompliance) and/or public seminars. Urs Hofer’s M&A experience includes complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Finally, he regularly provides advice and legal opinions on private law matters such as on general contract law, legal aspects of the advisory and asset management business, as well as on corporate law. Due to his many years of experience in highly renowned, international law firms, Urs Hofer is accustomed to quickly analyzing complex, challenging problem settings and providing solutions therefore that are both sophisticated as well as practicable.
Patrick Arnold ist seit 2017 als Rechtsanwalt tätig mit Schwerpunkt im Familienrecht. Daneben führt er Mandate in den Bereichen Arbeits-, Miet- und Strafrecht sowie allgemeines Vertragsrecht. Dabei berät Patrick Arnold nationale und internationale Privatpersonen sowie Unternehmen. Dabei kann sie auf ihre langjährige juristische Erfahrung aus ihrer anwaltlichen Tätigkeit im Kanton Bern sowie ihrer Tätigkeiten bei mehreren Versicherungsgesellschaften zurückgreifen.
Annekatrin Wortha ist seit 2020 als Rechtsanwältin mit dem Schwerpunkt Familienrecht und
Kindesrecht tätig. Nach ihrer Promotion an der Universität Zürich war sie mehrere Jahre am
Bezirksgericht Zürich tätig. Ihre dabei gewonnene Erfahrung setzt sie nun in der Vertretung
ihrer Klientschaft in Vergleichsgesprächen, vor Gericht, bei der KESB und anderen Behörden
ein. Sie berät nationale und internationale Privatpersonen, Familien sowie Unternehmen
